The International Classroom Journey is a comprehensive program that provides global education resources to elementary and secondary teachers. Program staff arrange for classroom visits by international students and UI students who have studied abroad. These speakers are trained to give interactive presentations that put a personal face on the complex world surrounding students. Curriculum materials, including cultural artifacts, are available for checkout. Summer professional development programs for teachers are also available.
