Prairielands Addiction Technology Transfer Center

The center provides educational opportunities for persons interested in substance abuse treatment and counseling, including health professionals in primary prevention and treatment of substance abuse. The Prairielands ATTC serves Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota from its home office at the University of Iowa College of Public Health. The center provides programs in all five states. Services are offered on and off-campus, sometimes via the Iowa Communication Network and similar systems in the other four states. Prairielands also provide consultation, technical assistance, and continuing education seminars. Services are available upon request; costs for seminars vary.
