The Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids (CID) is about 20 minutes from our campus. Other major airports in Iowa include the Quad City International Airport (MLI), which is about an hour from Iowa City, and the Des Moines International Airport (DSM), which is about two hours from Iowa City.

Traveling by bus
Iowa City is served by Burlington Trailways and Greyhound. Call the Iowa City depot at 319-337-2127 for more information. Ask about student discounts.
Suburban Express offers weekend bus service during the academic year from the Iowa Memorial Union, and Rienow and Mayflower residence halls to the Oakbrook and Woodfield shopping malls in the Chicago area. Call 1-800-642-7388 for more information.

Traveling by car
Iowa City is about two hours east of Des Moines and three-and-a-half hours west of Chicago on Interstate 80.
