Referral Bonus Option for Hard-to-Recruit-for Staff Positions
To create a referral bonus option for hard-to-recruit-for Professional and Scientific, SEIU, and Merit positions that woud fit into the existing P&S Flex Pay Guideline parameters.

Strategic Staffing Services Development Team
To formulate a rationale for the design and delivery of strategic staffing services; to develop a menu of core services that would be rolled out to campus over a two-year period; to design in detail the provision of services for the first twelve months; and to recommend a staffing configuration to deliver these services.

Total Compensation
To explore and evaluate different options on how to most effectively communicate total compensation on a periodic basis to all employees, with a particular emphasis on regular staff and faculty. Minimally, total compensation would include base pay and the value of traditional benefits. The group should also discuss non-base financial awards and other benefits that can be financially quantified.

UI Specific Online Course Delivery
In a partnership between departments, courses specific to University of Iowa policies and procedures are developed for online delivery. Faculty and Staff register and access courses using Self-Sevice.
