Flexible Benefits Program
Hewitt Associates of Lincolnshire, Illinois, has been engaged periodically by The University of Iowa since 1988. In the Spring of 2007, Hewitt was asked to review and offer design alternatives for the Flexible Benefits program at The University of Iowa. A report was issued in September 2007.
This report was provided to the Funded Retirement and Insurance Committee (FRIC) during the academic year 2007/08 in helping to formulate its recommendations for changes to our benefit program for 2009.
