Catastrophic Leave

Catastrophic Leave List

The following individuals have met the requirements to participate in the Catastrophic Leave program. If you would like to donate vacation time to any of these people, please fill out the appropriate form (Individual or Family) and send to: The Benefits Office, 120-40 USB, ATTN: Catastrophic Leave Donations.

Leave is not taken from your account until the employee actually needs it. It could be several months to a year from the time we receive your donation form until the leave is used. In some cases an individual may not need all hours donated, therefore your donations may not be used.  Your pledge form will be returned when the person's eligibility for the program ends, and the hours will no longer be considered pledged.  This may take up to a year.
