Personality Type and Career: What’s Your Best Fit?
A person’s career is an integral part of his/her life and an expression of who he or she is as a whole person. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) helps to examine your career from a different perspective—by indicating in what direction a person is wanting to grow and develop, at any stage of your career. Your MBTI will be used to help you understand yourself and your natural preferences, and reveal how these preferences relate to your career exploration.
