The following are the anticipated steps and schedule for proceeding with the Classification and Compensation system analysis:
- October/November 2007; Campus review of Buck study report
- December 2007; Compensation Study Committee to begin formulating recommendations (Sue Buckley, Robert Millsap, Kevin Ward, Laura Reed, Consuelo Garcia, Trevor Glanz; University Human Resources; Kay Shie, College of Public Health and Review Committee Chair; Diana Leventry, University Hospitals and Clinics; Jana Wessels, Carver College of Medicine, Nancy Fick, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences)
- January 2008; Develop recommendations with Senior Human Resource Leaders from each college and org
- February 2008; Discuss recommendations with Staff Council
- Submit recommendations to President/Vice Presidents
- Submit final recommendations to the Board of Regents
