The FMLA Toolbox is a user friendly interactive resource for Employees and Supervisors. The Toolbox is designed to provide basic FMLA information and is arranged in sections about events, i.e., child entering the home, family illness, employee illness, military FMLA, etc. Each section is 4-8 minutes long and readers can choose the section of interest to read without listening to the entire program. The structure and format allows employees to get the information about their specific interest, stop and repeat as needed. All sections refer the employee back to the HR Representative for more information. HR Reps can use this resource to refer employees and supervisors to address basic FMLA informational needs. This is also an excellent refresher for HR Reps!
