The office of Faculty and Staff Services/Employee Assistance Program (FSS/EAP) strives to help University employees and their departments cope with personal, family, and work-related problems.
What Services Are Offered?
- 1:1 Personal Counseling is provided by the Employee Assistance Program, a confidential, voluntary counseling program available to University of Iowa faculty and staff who have a permanent full- or part-time appointment, and to their family members. Up to four sessions are offered at no charge.
- Supervisory Referrals to counselors at Faculty and Staff Services may assist individual employees with problems that affect their work performance.
- Financial Assistance Options are available including:
