The Office of Faculty and Staff Services/Employee Assistance Program is offering an online source for supervisor education. This is a concise, easy-to-use program that shows supervisors exactly what to do and how to do it, in 14 vital management areas, such as:
- Resolving employee conflicts
- Inspiring employees to improve performance
- Encouraging team building
- Heading off potential violence
