To request access to information stored in the University Data Warehouse, you will need to complete the online application available on the Employee Self-Service site. Sign on to Self Service and select the ‘ADMINISTRATION’ category tab. Under the ‘Forms’ tab, choose Data Warehouse Access Form to begin the process.
