UI LEAD team:

UI LEAD advisors are predominately consulting staff in UI Organizational Effectiveness (OE) in Central Human Resources who have specialized in the fields of leadership and organizational development, and understand the UI environment.  The UI LEAD advising team meets weekly to ensure quality and consistency in the program.  Ongoing professional education and training is also critical, and UI LEAD advisors and leadership coaches continue to expand their knowledge by attending learning events, reading professional journals, and attending certification programs in areas affiliated with leadership development.  We continue to discuss leadership development needs for faculty and staff with campus administrators, and consult with University of Iowa faculty and outside practitioners in seeking to apply best practices within our unique environment.
