John reported that complaints have declined and that things seem to be moving in right direction.
Informational items:
- MUD implementation
- Discussed the interest in encouraging employees to schedule their days off. Human Resources is planning to provide information to supervisors as soon as possible – Departments have been advised to accept requests pending further direction.
- Employees seeking information about unemployment need to contact Iowa Workforce Development or go to their website.

- Discussed procedures for receiving grievance answers.
