The following numbers for UI Health Care employees working 90% for at least one day during the month of December were:

University Item: Presentation regarding Parking at UIHC during construction:
Dave Ricketts, Director of Parking and Transportation, gave an overview of all of the buildings and parking projects that will/are affecting staff during construction.
Union Item: Transfer Locations:
Transfer location discussion will be held in March.
Union Item: 90% Issue: Some are forced to work 100% as PARS (and other ares); scheduled to work 100% on a regular basis and not being 100% in regard to benefits and accruals:
Andy withdrew grievance regarding 90% issue. Management needs to have the staff coverage flexibility so it corresponds with patient care.
Union Item: In many areas of UIHC employees are not being given their 15 minute breaks on a regular basis:

Union Item: Many medical assistants are being intimidated and fearful of losing their job:
