The UI Wellness Office is offering access to various wellness video presentations to faculty and staff at The University of Iowa. My Yoga Online is a global resource for mind-body health and wellness and holistic living. They offer hundreds of yoga, Pilates, and meditation videos and expert information on workplace wellness, green living, expert health advice, a Q&A forum with professionals, and more.

You may access the videos through our intranet site at http://www2.uiowa.edu/HR/wellness/myyoga/.  Access is authenticated via your IOWA domain, HawkID, and HawkID password.   You will log in using the following convention:
