What is Passport?

From February 4 to March 16, Passport takes you on a whirlwind journey around the world. As you “visit” different countries you’ll discover the popular sites as well as the hidden treasures each location has to offer. After completing the nutrition and fitness goals for your destination, you’re off on the next exciting tour. Passport will:

How does the Program Work?

After registering for Passport, you’ll prepare to track your physical activity minutes and meet various nutrition goals from February 4 through March 16. As you record your efforts, you will collect stamps on your Passport to Health. You will not need to submit your Passport Log Forms to UI Wellness. You will receive weekly motivational emails from the UI Wellness staff as you travel around the world.

Upon Registration, you will receive 100 points to use at the Wellness Store; upon completion of the program, you will receive 300 points for completing the program evaluation.

Your Goal: Achieve more physical activity and better eating habits throughout your day.  Suggested goals are provided on the Log Forms, but may be modified in whatever way helps you to challenge yourself.

Prize: To earn the points to pick a prize, you will be asked to complete a brief program evaluation after March 14. You receive 100 points for registering and 300 points for completing the evaluation. You can visit the Wellness Store to see your prize selection or you can save your points and participate in additional UI Wellness programming like Well On Our Way (WOOW) to purchase a higher point level prize.
