You can receive points for improving or maintaining your healthy lifestyle. Some examples include:

Frequency is the number of days per month you engage in an activity. For example, if you participate in 30 minutes of activity 10 days a month, your frequency would be 10. UI Wellness will award you 10 points for this behavior to spend at the Wellness Store.
Do I have to submit a log of activity/behaviors?
Monthly you will submit the frequency (information above) of activities on the WOOW page. Total frequency of healthy behaviors will equal your total number of points, not to exceed 100 monthly points.
All points must be submitted by the 15th of the following month. For example, January points must be submitted before February 15.
What are Quick Points?
Quick Points provide rewards system for participants who are maintaining their wellness efforts without tracking daily frequency in meeting goals. They are available as an alternative to recording daily frequency. Upon submitting Quick Points, you will not be able to submit points for the seven wellness areas for that specific month.
