Workplace Consultation is available to supervisors and administrators wishing to address interpersonal conflicts or implement a change in the workplace dynamics.
Maintaining a positive and productive workplace may be challenging at times. We recommend that you contact your HR unit representative as your first step in making changes. Our staff and your HR representative are available to partner with you to facilitate a variety of improvements.

We call these partnerships a consultation. During a consultation, you will collaborate with OE staff to assess the challenge and determine the strategies that will most effectively support the change you are seeking.
