- Performance Review: Having Meaningful Conversations—
A well developed and implemented performance review process facilitates the growth and development of the employee and ensures achievement of departmental goals. At the heart of the process is a meaningful conversation between supervisor and employee that includes a clear understanding of expectations and measures for success.
This class, which is offered on-site by UI Learning and Development, provides class participants with the opportunity to apply communication strategies through role-playing and facilitated discussion. For a department to host the session on-site, fifteen (15) faculty and staff members must enroll in the class. Contact UI Learning and Development at uilearndevelop@uiowa.edu for further information.
