Presenting at the ICRU conferences allowed me to take part in the analysis of the data I have been working so hard to collect. It helped me understand the hypotheses we are testing at a more detailed level, and I had the opportunity to determine preliminary results and see where we are currently at in answering our research questions. The conferences also provided me with my first experience in presenting my research and explaining our work to people outside the Psychology laboratory.
