In Fall 1999, The E-Book was published in the Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems Law Journal. The version posted here is that revised edition. 9 TLCP 35 (1999). Enrique R. Carrasco and Kristen J. Berg were co-editors for that edition of TLCP and wrote the introduction to the volume.
