Registration

Please fill out the following registration form. In all cases, payment is to be made onsite while you register/sign in the day of the conference and we can only accept US checks or US dollars in cash (sorry :)). However, please register beforehand by providing the information requested below. This will enable us to plan best, and as an incentive we have an extended and significantly lower registration fee for those doing this. These registration fees include most meals (2 lunches, the formal conference dinner and the cocktail banquet).

Regular registration: April 1st to April 29th

Faculty/non-student: $120

On-site registration
