The lighter side

Liverpool.....you would think he is white....he definitely is not! with this picture you would think he is Nigerian ....from Rivers State? ....he is not either! he is African, has been living and working in Jos, Nigeria for the last twenty years! he hails from Freetown, Sierra Leone.

what does he play? squash and table tennis and he plans to take up badminton soon. it is a less demanding game than squash....... his older friends say - Gibson Onime.

he likes traveling and has been to the Cameroon, Gambia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Liberia, Morocco, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, South Africa, England, Scotland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, Monaco, Austria, USA, Puerto Rico, Jamaica , Canada............but not to Asia and the Far East. will very much like to visit India or China or both.......maybe see Japan and Malaysia ....................a possible retirement treat!

loves listening to music...a very wide range, from makossa to classical to blues and jazz but hardly finds enough time to do so.

watching lots of television is a holiday pastime.....which he hopes to spend more time doing on a daily basis.

an avid photographer in love with old pictures of family and places visited.

he has one wife, Rhoda a vice principal at St.. Murumba College, Jos. they have been married since 1970.

his only son, Tanniemola, is a mathematical physicist who lives and works in Europe. he has a daughter Yema, graduating in electrical engineering from Ibadan in the year 2000 and another Saweda, graduating in economics from Jos in the same year. the last daughter Maria is still in school.

he is an orphan with three living sisters, two at home in Sierra Leone and one retired and currently living in England. his only brother died in 1999.
