Provides an overview of collective bargaining and the changes to the contract between the Board of Regents and UE Local 896, COGS representing graduate teaching and research assistants. Implications for department practices will be discussed and questions will be answered.
Objectives:
To provide an understanding of the COGS contract and it’s application.
