Managing performance is an expectation of all our campus leaders/managers. This class will offer you the opportunity to consider ways to motivate and engage your staff to achieve their goals and the goals of the unit. We will practice written and verbal feedback and have the opportunity to share case studies with one another for immediate application in your work area.
