The "Working at Iowa" survey indicated, we must improve our methods and invigorate our efforts to manage performance. In this session, we will explore the University's goal for addressing this priority, which is to move beyond mere performance management to developing a culture of leadership and excellence. Discussion topics will include leadership traits, differences between leadership and management, and practical tips and goals for developing leadership abilities and promoting and supporting the development and success of others.
