Participants will gain insight and learn strategies to conduct effective searches. This course is designed to be highly interactive and will include a pre-course assignment for participants to complete prior to attending the session. This course is recommended for search administrators/committee members.

- The necessity of conducting fair and equitable EEO/AA Searches.
- Assessing essential position qualifications
- Effective screening best practices to effectively screen and select Professional and Scientific staff, and faculty
- Documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
