If you’re caring for an older or younger family member there are many legal issues to consider. This course will review what you need to know about guardianship, conservatorship and alternatives for elderly individuals and minor and adult children with disabilities. You will also be provided with resources to help you learn more about these issues and take steps to plan for the future.
