Law students and faculty, working with a local disability rights advocacy group, advised the Park Superintendent and Education Specialist on how to bring the 19th century village and 20th century visitor center into the 21st Century and comply with ADA accessibility guidelines without destroying the historical significance, the environment or the integrity of the National Park Service site. We conducted accessibility audits, evaluated exhibits, facilities, self-guided audio tours, website access and usability, exhibit design, technology and program access, and provided our findings and recommendations for enhancing all aspects of the site.
