Investing time into a healthier lifestyle now will result both in short term and long term benefits. Shelly Horswill
Shelly believes that inherent within every person is a desire to be healthy. She recognizes that sometimes that desire for health can be squelched by the reality of busy schedules, too many responsibilities, stress and fatigue. Shelly’s goal as a coach is to provide an environment of empathy and support where clients reconnect with their inherent drive to be healthy, explore personal strengths and values, and from there, find the motivation to take steps forward towards change. When clients are held in high regard, held accountable, and are provided provocative questions that help them explore possibilities, change can happen. Shelly draws upon her experience as a psychologist, lifestyle and weight management specialist, yoga instructor, and personal trainer when coaching. She sees wellness as a holistic concept and embraces wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
