American Council of Learned Societies: Directory of Constituent Societies
provides individual listings for the 61 learned societies and 11 affiliate members of the ACLS, including information on staffing, membership, meetings, and publications as well as links to organizational Web sites.
Community of Science (COS)
Funding Opportunities database includes information about research funding, scholarships, fellowships, postdoctoral opportunities, prizes, visiting lectureships, non-medical interships, travel awards, and funds for program adminsitration, conferences, and collaborative research endeavors.
Center for Advanced Research Technology in the Arts and Humanities (CARTAH)
CARTAH's mission is to support and promote computer-based research and creative work in the Arts and Humanities at the University of Washington. Programs are only for people affiliated with UW, but their projects provide good examples of how computers are being applied to arts and humanities research.
