Overruns and underruns
Print industry standards allow for 10 percent over- or underruns. Full count is always expected for each printing job produced.
Condition of copy
Upon receipt of the original copy or manuscript, should it be evident that the condition and/or specifications of the copy differ from that which had been originally described and consequently quoted, the original quotation shall be rendered void and a new quotation issued.
Alterations represent work performed in addition to original specifications. Such additional work shall be charged at current rates and be supported with documentation in the form of a Change Order.
Prepress proofs shall be submitted with original copy. Corrections are to be made on the most current set of proofs, returned marked “O.K.”, “O.K. with corrections”, or “Make changes and show revised proof” and signed and dated by the customer. The printer cannot be held responsible for errors under any or all of the following conditions: if the work is printed per customer O.K.; if the customer has failed to return proofs with indication of changes; or if the customer has instructed printer to proceed without submission of proofs.
