Printing Services is known for its exemplary customer service. Our customer service representatives can help you plan orders and serve as your primary contact in the department. They receive all printing requests, consult with you regarding scheduling and cost; answer questions, give advice, and serve as your liaison with the production staff. They write bid specifications for orders to be printed by outside vendors, evaluate the bid proposals, place jobs with outside vendors, and check the quality of the finished product. Our estimator prepares job estimates and reviews job costs.
