ProTrav Update

On March 28th, at the onset of the April billing cycle, the “Business Purpose” section of the Procurement card reconciliation screen will be removed.  No longer will a selection from a list of checkboxes be required.  Instead the business justification for purchase should be included in the field now titled “Line Description/Business Justification”.  This is a required field that should be used to describe what was purchased, need for purchase and how it will be used.
