Communication Coordination and Counsel

  • Planning and message development: Identity strategies for conveying institutional priorities, addressing topics of concern, and articulating the university’s position on key issues.

  • News and public information content: Tell the university’s story in words and pictures, illustrating institutional achievements and priorities.

  • UI information products: Develop and maintain print and online visitors’ guides, facts listings, maps, annual reports and more.

Media Relations

  • Services for external media: Connect reporters with potential sources, fulfill photo and multimedia requests, and respond to other queries.

Admissions Marketing Strategy and Support

  • Overall branding strategy: Collaborate with Office of Admissions and other units to develop messages, look, and feel for student-recruitment projects.

  • Speakers Bureau: Connect community groups with university presenters and experts.
