Adding or Dropping a Class

After classes begin it is no longer possible to make changes to your schedule on ISIS, you will need to obtain the signatures of your adviser and the instructor of the course you are adding or dropping. For some courses the department will sign for the instructor; see the table below.

 

The forms for adding and dropping are available online: Add Form and Drop Form.

 

The completed form must then be turned in at the Registrar Service Center, 17 Calvin Hall.

 

Adding and dropping can be complicated. Here is some additional information about adding and dropping.

 

Note that for undergraduates the last day to add a regular, semester-length course this spring (2008), or to drop one without receiving a "W," is 4:30 p.m., Monday, February 4. The last day that undergraduates may drop a semester-length course is 4:30 p.m., Monday, April 7.
