AlcoholEdu
Accessing AlcoholEdu: FRESHMEN
Starting July 28, 2008- You will log in by visiting ICON at http://icon.uiowa.edu. You must have already registered for fall classes in order to access the site. You will need your HawkID and password to enter the site.
- Once you have signed in you will need to select AlcoholEdu as your course. Make sure you open or expand your Fall 2008 class list in ICON by selecting the + sign next to Fall 2008. Once you can view your fall courses, select AlcoholEdu.
- The first time you enter the AlcoholEdu site you will need to complete the registration form in order to create an account.
- You will not need to create an additional login or password.
- You may log in and out of ICON after completing each section of AlcoholEdu. Section ends are marked with a Next button.
- When returning to the course, ALWAYS log in through ICON. This is the main technical problem encountered with AlcoholEdu and the main reason for receiving an incomplete for the course. Do not login directly through the AlcoholEdu site.
- It is your responsibility to check your UIowa email account frequently for instructions and updates about AlcoholEdu. Not checking email is not a valid excuse for failure to complete AlcoholEdu.
