This broad open space in the village of Sanga is washed by floods when the heavy rains of summer begin. Rocks have been moved to the edge of small rectangular plots to clear them for planting onions and other crops. At the center, mounds of gravel have been dug up to be used for mixing with cement to make concrete, and women are preparing grain in a flat, rocky area.
