Beginning classes are for everyone. Intermediate classes are for students who have finished at least one semester of training.

Classes are held in room S481 in the Field House on the University of Iowa campus.

• Monday 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Friday 6:00-7:00p.m. (emphasis on weapons)
• Sunday 10:30 a.m.-noon
  

Intermediate:

• Monday 7:30-8:30 p.m.
• Wednesday 7:30-8:30 p.m.
