Approval form for posting in dorms
On the flier, you must include the following statement:
Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend
all University of Iowa events. If you are a person with
a disability who requires an accommodation in order to
participate in this program, or would like more information
about this event, please call [or e-mail] [FIRST NAME] at
_____.
Fill out the approval form above.
Take 150 fliers to the Housing Office, 4141 Burge, Clinton St.
(They require the exact number, which will be less than 150.)
Deliver the fliers before noon on Wed. for posting on the
following Sunday. The poster will stay up for two weeks from then.
For example, for maximum exposure for the Oct. 5 event, you would
need to deliver the fliers no later than Wed. 16 Sept.
before noon.
If UI student government has provided funds for any part
of the event (copies, honoraria, travel exp., etc.),
the flier should also say at least:
This event is sponsored by UISG.
