Membership is a very important part of our chapter. Each semester we have a pledging process where new members can join. The pledging process is started with an initiative ceremony. After this ceremony, pledges are required to complete an 8 to 10 week process where they have to complete requirements according to the Pledge Policy. After each pledge has completed this process they are activated into our chapter at an activation ceremony.
