The ISAAC Executive Board is made up of a chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer, and three committee chairs. Others that attend executive board meetings are the UISG representative for athletics and the Hawkeye Pride Student Coordinator. This committee establishes direction, plans programming and provides leadership for ISAAC throughout the year.

The Chair is one of two student-athletes who get the opportunity to represent Iowa and attend the semi annual Big Ten Conference SAAC.

The Vice-Chair is one of two student-athletes who serve on the Presidential Committee on Athletics (PCA).
