An incomplete allows you more time to finish a course if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from finishing. Not all instructors grant incompletes. Incompletes may be granted if:

1. The unfinished part of the student's work is small;
2. The work is unfinished for reasons acceptable to the instructor;
3. The student's standing in the course is satisfactory.

Courses may not be repeated to remove incompletes. Your work must be completed and submitted to your instructor three and one-half weeks prior to the close of finals week of the next semester. A mark of "I" that is not removed by that date is replaced by a grade of "F".
