FILM SUMMARY

Antoine is a miserable insurance salesman. Helene is his successful lawyer wife. Together they drive to South France to return their kids from a holiday camp. The traffic is dense and the atmosphere growingly tense. After a fierce discussion they split and both have to face great danger during the night. By the time Antoine picks up a dangerous-looking stranger, he has entered some surreal twilight zone in which reality and imagination have become increasingly difficult to set apart. A taut and dense psychological thriller with a satirical edge, Red Lights is widely considered one of the best thrillers in recent years.
