Mission Statement

The CBB aspires to be the best biocatalysis and bioprocessing teaching, training, research, and technology transfer program in the United States. The overall philosophy of the CBB is consonant with the university's core values: learning, community responsibility integrity, and quality. The mission of the CBB is to provide administrative and financial support, facilities, equipment and a committed university-wide faculty consortium, which fosters world-class education and training, research and scholarship, and wide-ranging technology transfer activities.
