Advanced registration is encouraged.

The registration fee is $200 ($100 for students and postdoctorals), which includes all conference meals and expenses except for travel and lodging.

The late registration fee is $250 (after October 1, 2011).

There are four ways to register:

  1. Online through the UI Center for Conferences.
    If this is the first time you have registered on-line with the Center for Conferences you will not have a log-in ID or password until you create your account.   2. Download the Conference Registration Form and mail it to
