About This Class

This course is designed to provide you with:

  • An understanding of what constitutes good online storytelling.

  • An understanding of how this medium differs from traditional ones, as well as how it is similar.

  • Hands-on experience with Web page design and creation.

  • The ability to use the Web to research stories and to tell the credible from the
    un-credible and the incredible online.


  • An understanding of the issues jouranlists and media outlets face in a digital world.
