Answer to Practice Problem #1 Stereochemistry Considerations Tutorial:

 

There are two possible mechanisms by which stereoselective distribution could occur: 1) stereoselective plasma protein binding, or 2) stereoselective tissue binding. Either one of the mechanisms could explain the observation.
