As of this morning, the following problems (each of which might affect your use of the course materials) have been reported in the ITCs:

All Windows machines unable to print from Netscape - gives message of unable to print due to insufficient memory or invalid printer specification.

All Windows machines are experiencing problems with Acrobat (pdf) files. When a pdf file is opened from the web (course notes, WebCT, etc.), the machines crash, go back to the Gateway splash screen and start rebooting.

Apparently, the Macs are OK, and ITS is working to clear the problems on the Windows machines.

WebCT servers will be unavailable for three hours beginning at 10 PM on Friday, September 1. This 3-hour outage is required to add disk capacity and perform disk maintenance. WebCT service will be unavailable during the outage.
